DIRECTIONS BY CAR

From Frederick and Points North:
  • Take I-270 S
  • Take the I-370/Sam Eig Hwy exit, Exit 9B-A, toward Metro Station
  • Merge onto I-370 E via Exit 9A on the left toward Metro Station/Gaithersburg
  • Take the Shady Grove Road exit toward MD-355 S/Rockville
  • Turn Left onto Shady Grove Road
  • Follow Shady Grove, crossing over MD-355 S.
  • Turn right onto Crabbs Branch Way
  • Follow Crabbs Branch Way, crossing over Redland Road
  • Turn right into the entrance past the traffic light at Indianola Drive
  • 15800 Crabbs Branch Way is the office building in the back
  • KMI Media Group is in Suite 300

From Baltimore and Points East:
  • Take I-395 South to I-95 South via the Washington exit
  • Merge onto I-495 W/Capital Beltway toward Bethesday/Northern Virginia
  • Keep right to take I-270 Local N via Exit 8 toward Shady Grove Road
  • Take Exit 8 toward Shady Grove/Redland Road
  • Take the Redland Road ramp
  • Merge onto Redland Blvd.
  • Follow Redland Road, crossing over Frederick Rd./MD-355.
  • Turn right onto Crabbs Branch Way
  • Follow Crabbs Branch for approximately 1/2 mile
  • Turn right into the entrance past the traffic light at Indianola Drive
  • 15800 Crabbs Branch Way is the office building in the back
  • KMI Media Group is in Suite 300

From Northern Virginia and Points South:
  • Take I-495 W/Capital Beltway (crossing into Maryland)
  • Keep left to take I-270 Local N via Exit 8 toward Shady Grove Road
  • Take the Redland Road ramp
  • Merge onto Redland Blvd.
  • Follow Redland Road, crossing over Frederick Rd./MD-355.
  • Turn right onto Crabbs Branch Way
  • Follow Crabbs Branch for approximately 1/2 mile
  • Turn right into the entrance past the traffic light at Indianola Drive
  • 15800 Crabbs Branch Way is the office building in the back

DIRECTIONS BY METRO RAIL & BUS

From Metro station:
  • Take the Red line to Shady Grove station
  • Take Metro bus 59 from Metro station to 15850 Crabbs Branch Way (the building in front of our office building)
  • Walk to the rear of the parking lot to 15800 Crabbs Branch Way.
